Tubing – a new release
For the season 2017-2018, we are building a tubing area to the upper section of the park that can be used by skiers, snowboarders and people on foot too. Tubing is an activity where you ride a snow made chute with an inflatable tyre. Tubing is a free of charge activity for all people inside the area!
Other new releases in the area are the zip-wire slide, bird nest swing, playground and resting hut. In the resting hut you can dry your wet mittens in a drying cabinet, charge your mobile devices and enjoy your snacks in front of a fireplace. In addition, there’s a big sun terrace being built outside the hut with its own fireplaces.

VuosselinPortti, located by the base station of the 6-seater RukaExpress chairlift, is the place where you find rental equipment for your snow fun. Pizzeria Vuosseli and SkiBistro are good lunch restaurant options in Ruka East.
