FREESTYLE CENTRE & BATTERY RUN - Front slopes

The Freestyle centre is located on Ruka front slopes

Battery Run moguls meets the international standards and that's where the freestyle competitions are held at Ruka. The slope is 225 metres long with an elevation of 106 metres. The moguls are open all through winter at least on one side of the slope except on a few days when the slope is being groomed.

The jump venues are located right next to the moguls run. You can easily watch both the jumps and the moguls competitions from Kaltiolampi or the Piste terrace! The 2005 Ruka Freestyle World Championships were the biggest ever alpine competitions held in Finland!
