At Ruka centre a successful meeting or an incentive event is easily organized. The accommodation, meeting rooms and activities are located in the middle of the Ruka village, next to all services.

All needed group services can be booked from our sales office RukaBooking. We help you with the accommodation, transfers, meals, and meeting rooms. You can also get specialprice for skipasses.

We also organize everything you need for the fun day on the slopes. Experience the exiting racing spirit with our professional event team in fun slope competitions or take advantage of ski schools´ professional instructors' know-how and book a lesson for your group. Kalle Palander Ruka Racing School programmes are also great way of boosting the interaction and team spirit of your team in an atmosphere that is fun and athletic.

The meeting rooms located at the ground floor of the new hotel RukaVillage are suitable for smaller meetings (max. 40 persons). At the Ruka Conference Center next door the meeting space accommodates a maximum 255 persons. Additionally the Conference Centre features functional group spaces. Larger groups have a meeting possibility at the Kuusamo Hall in Kuusamo city, at 20 minutes away from Ruka.

Ski-Inn accommodation options are modern, comfortable apartments and rooms. The accommodation can be combined with meals from the great variety of Ruka restaurants.  The hotel rooms in hotel RukaVillage offer a sauna, mini kitchen, wireless internet connection and a balcony. In some of the apartments there is a jacuzzi in addition on the balcony. MastonAitio semi-detached cabins in East-Ruka offer peaceful accommodation in a beautiful arctic surrounding.

All accommodation options offer a direct access to the ski slopes or ski lifts.
